Harris Associates was selected by Southwest Specialty Contractors to build their brand-new office building & warehouse in Las Vegas. The tilt-up project consisted of re-demising the existing commercial subdivision plot map allowing us to create a larger building footprint, all while coordinating underground utilities to be brought to the job site from ¾ of a mile down the road. This project was wrapped in eight months leaving both our team and the client very pleased with the finished product.
