Harris Associates is pleased to have worked on this exciting new project with David Robins, a former San Francisco chef and longtime director of culinary operations for Wolfgang Puck. Our complete remodel added 1,780 SF to the existing space to meet our client’s vision. This included a new top-of-the-line full kitchen, all new mechanical equipment, electrical fixtures, and more, located in the heart of the Arts District, Las Vegas. In addition to the restaurant, the space will also consist of a bar and bakery. During the day, the restaurant and bakery are open for dine-in and take-out. At night, the establishment will offer a full dining and bar experience, complete with new opulent finishes throughout, which will showcase the evening ambiance.
