Overview

Harris Associates was selected by PopStroke Entertainment Group as general contractor for a ground-up, 36-hole putting facility at Town Square Las Vegas. The project included a two-story structural steel building housing two full-service bars, a commercial kitchen, and dedicated retail spaces, along with a separate storage structure and trash enclosure.

On-site and off-site development included mass grading, utility installation, drainage, paving, landscaping, and walkways. Engineered subgrades supported synthetic-turf putting courses with fairways, bunkers, and rough areas.

Location: Town Square, Las Vegas, Nevada.
