The Guest House dining room and bar with custom wood detailing

Overview

Harris Associates completed a full interior and exterior remodel of The Guest House for RDM Hospitality at Town Square Las Vegas. The 14,963-square-foot project transformed an existing restaurant into a dining room, bar, and lounge with a new kitchen layout and equipment.

The work included custom wood paneling, leathered quartzite bar tops, flooring, and the installation of a 100-year-old Egyptian crystal chandelier imported from France. Sound absorption, a DJ booth, and mood lighting supported the venue’s evening entertainment.

Exterior work created a landscaped patio garden with fire pits and ambient lighting. Redesigned restrooms and a powder room lounge extended the custom finish package throughout the space.

Location: Town Square, Las Vegas, Nevada.
