Harris Associates was selected by JING Hospitality Group to complete the comprehensive remodel of a high-end steakhouse located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The project involved a full interior and exterior renovation of an existing building, with a focus on luxury finishes and modern design enhancements to elevate the dining and entertainment experience. The scope of work included extensive site development and landscaping, along with the complete upgrade of all MEP systems.

Interior renovations featured custom high-end finishes, including detailed millwork and masonry, a redesigned kitchen layout with upgraded commercial-grade equipment, a brand-new bar area, highlighted by sophisticated, modern lighting throughout the space. A show-stopping, custom-fabricated chandelier, requiring precise engineering and intricate installation and a private dining room, finished with custom fabric wall coverings to enhance acoustics and aesthetics, an expanded outdoor patio seating area, seamlessly integrated with the interior design, and a fully built-in custom DJ booth to support live entertainment and nightlife programming.

This remodel combined upscale design elements with functional upgrades to create a distinctive, high-energy dining destination in the heart of Scottsdale.
