Harris Associates was awarded by Rare Society for a 1st generation interior remodel and complete T.I. for a high-end modern steakhouse at UnCommons.

Work consisted of installation of custom millwork including high-back booth seating with hand-stitched leather upholstery, dark wood wall panels, and integrated casework. Mirrored ceiling assemblies and specialty lighting systems.

Project included construction of a new exterior dining patio with associated hardscape, guardrails, lighting, and code-compliant egress. Full commercial kitchen buildout to include upgraded plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and gas systems; installation of a solid fuel cooking station and exhaust hood assembly, fire suppression system, and grease management infrastructure. Bar area improvements include new bar millwork, underbar equipment, specialty lighting, and upgraded utility connections.
