Harris Associates remodeled the Hyde Park Jewelers interior at Fashion Island in Newport Beach. The 8,000-square-foot project included three storefronts for Rolex, Tudor, and Hyde Park.

Preconstruction services, scheduling, and constructability review supported the design process. The team coordinated specialty millwork and vendor displays across the brands within limited work hours and confined shopping-mall logistics.

The finish package included walls, ceilings, flooring, and a full lighting installation with a new control system. Coordination of the Rolex interior millwork and other brand displays was central to the buildout.
